The one-hour presentation airs on the cable network’s affiliates at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
The 2011 World MMA Awards originally took place Nov. 30 at The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. Winners from 22 categories in the industry awards were announced.

With Chael Sonnen handling hosting duties, it’s probably fitting that
Anderson Silva’s favorite prop providers will open the 2011 World MMA
Awards.
“Fighters Only,” which organizes the awards, today announced that the
original champions of MTV’s “Randy Jackson Presents America’s Best Dance
Crew,” who currently headline “MÜS.I.C” at Las Vegas’ Monte Carlo
Resort and Casino, will kick off the Nov. 30 event.
Voting in all 22 award categories closes at midnight ET on Friday, Nov. 25. Ballots can be cast at www.worldmmaawards.com.

In fact, Donald Cerrone found himself on a Spike TV “UFC Prelims” special – rather than Saturday’s UFC 137 pay-per-view main card – because the matchup had the potential to sway last-minute PPV buyers.
But as Cerrone told MMAjunkie.com, he knew it was more of a mismatch than most people believed.

The star-studded event, which gives fans an opportunity to meet and
interact with the top names in MMA today, takes place Nov. 30 at The
Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
Tickets range from $55 to $95 and are available through Ticketmaster today at 3 p.m. ET (noon PT).
