Tito Ortiz thinks he has just one more fight left in his illustrious career, and he hopes it’ll come against Forrest Griffin.

The former light-heavyweight champion and future UFC Hall of Famer joined MMAjunkie.com Radio on Friday night and confirmed that his next fight will be his last.

“I just turned 37 years old,” he said. “I’ve been in the game for 15 years and competing only with the UFC. I know it’s time for me to kind of hang ‘em up.”

Three fights simply weren’t enough to settle the score between Kiyotaka Shimizu and Mitsuhisa Sunabe.

Shimizu, current flyweight King of Pancrase, will put his belt on the line against Sunabe once more at Pancrase’s fifth “Impressive Tour” stop, the promotion announced this week. The show takes place June 5 at Differ Ariake arena in Tokyo.

second fight with Nick Diaz to find out where he went wrong.

He’ll also use that time to rest and recover after a grueling five-round
fight in which he may have suffered a broken hand and broken jaw.

Noons, though, is not crying over the unanimous decision judges awarded
Diaz this past Saturday at “Strikeforce: Diaz vs. Noons 2.”

This video explains the names behind the rubber guard (why they are called what they are) and a step by step method behind the BASIC rubber guard set up. There are MANY variations and attack positions but I only cover the basics here: mission control, zombie,new york, chill dog, kung fu move into jiu claw. There are more advanced attacks and sweeps from anyone of those positions like: invisible collar, asylum, straight jacket, double bagger, reaper, gogoplata, locoplata, Croc, swim move and MANY more.
