DENVER – UFC Hall of Famer Matt Hughes admits he’s
not quite ready to walk away from the sport that’s paid his bills for
the past 13 years.
Unfortunately for him, Hughes knows his wife and kids have a different
opinion on what should happen after a UFC 135 contest with Josh Koscheck.
And while Hughes insists the result of Saturday pay-per-view
co-headliner will not prove the determining factor in his choice, the
former champ said that UFC president Dana White’s recent offer of a job
where Hughes could “stick around and get paid to do nothing” is pretty
appealing.

The UFC Hall of Famer retired from fighting in 2010 and then took a front-office job with the organization.

With just less than two weeks before the Ultimate Fighting Championship
hosts its first-ever fan expo in Canada, the lineup for the weekend’s
festivities is beginning to take shape.
In addition to several previously announced autograph opportunities and
training sessions, fans are now invited to attend a series of UFC Fan
Expo Toronto 2011 Q&A sessions featuring UFC brass and
personalities.
Included on the list are UFC executives Dana White, Tom Wright and Chuck
Liddell, as well as in-cage announcer Bruce Buffer, broadcaster Joe
Rogan and MMA referee Herb Dean.

Mixed martial arts fans are invited to train with Chuck Liddell, B.J. Penn and Anthony Pettis.
UFC officials today announced that the three fighters will each host
two-hour training and development sessions at April’s UFC Fan Expo
Toronto.
“This is the ultimate opportunity for fans to train alongside three of
the UFC’s biggest stars,” UFC president Dana White stated in an official
release. “Liddell, Penn and Pettis are some of the most gifted athletes
we’ve ever seen in the octagon, and we’re really excited to give fans
the chance to learn from them at the UFC Fan Expo.”

UFC officials today announced a star-studded lineup for UFC Fan Expo Toronto, which takes place in April in conjunction with record-breaking UFC 129 event.
Current UFC champions Jon Jones, Anderson Silva, Cain Velasquez and Dominick Cruz, as well as UFC Hall of Famer Chuck Liddell, are among the names.
The two-day fan expo takes place April 29-30 at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto.
