LAS VEGAS – “King Mo” ruled his court with iron fists tonight.
While displaying his usual world-class wrestling, Muhammed Lawal also showed his dangerous ground and pound, and he battered fellow light heavyweight Lorenz Larkin en route to a second-round TKO victory.
The main-card fight was part of “Strikeforce: Rockhold vs. Jardine” and aired on Showtime.

When Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal hangs up his crown and calls it a career, he’ll undoubtedly start a second one as an MMA analyst or color commentator.
Few competitors in the sport have his fight IQ (just ask him), and few fans immerse themselves in the sport like he does.

The total disclosed payroll for the Sept. 23 event was $92,500.
