The Ultimate Fighter 14 Finale weigh-ins are slated for Friday.
The ceremonies take place at Key West Ballroom at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
The first fighter is on the scale at 7 p.m. ET (4 p.m. PT local time), and Stephan Bonnar hosts a UFC Fight Club Q&A session at 5 p.m. ET.

While Stephan Bonnar recently registered his
third-straight UFC win, he did so in the most unusual of fashions: to a
chorus of boos.
The San Jose, Calif., crowd did not seem to approve of Bonnar’s UFC 139
strategy of repeatedly taking down opponent Kyle Kingsbury and controlling him en route to a one-sided unanimous decision.
But after heading back to the dressing room and watching Dan Henderson,
Mauricio “Shogun” Rua, Wanderlei Silva and Cung Le put on epic co-”Fight
of the Night” efforts, Bonnar said he’s happy he didn’t try to play
hero.

SAN JOSE, Calif. – While his slugfests have won him wide appeal and a loyal fan following, Stephan Bonnar’s ground game carried him to his latest victory.
The veteran light heavyweight used solid clinch work and a smothering and active ground game to earn a unanimous-decision victory over Kyle Kingsbury.
The fight kicked off UFC 139′s pay-per-view main card following prelims on Facebook and Spike TV.

“If I only had fighting, and my body never got hurt, then every three or
four months I would fight,” Bonnar told MMAjunkie.com Radio.
But Bonnar seems to get hurt a lot, and if there’s one thing he’s trying to learn, it’s when to stop and when to go.

Stephan Bonnar will fight at UFC 139, but it won’t be against Josh Koscheck.
After the light heavyweight and welterweight clashed over Bonnar’s “Trash Talkin Kids” business venture, rumors of a potential middleweight fight between the two UFC vets gained steam.
Today, though, officials announced that Bonnar instead will fight fellow light heavyweight Kyle Kingsbury at the November show.
